St. Louis, Missouri
Unlike Los Angeles, St. Louis does not have some insane traffic problem or a rapidly growing population. In fact, St. Louis is quite a nice city to be in. There is nothing outright horrible about St. Louis.
The only factor that would affect the driving is the weather. The weather in St. Louis is the weather. Although not outrageously erratic or anything crazy extreme, St. Louis weather is still unforgiving in many situations.
Just in 2016 alone, Missouri sustained 940 deaths (that were directly related to car accidents) and 62 of them happened in St. Louis.
Columbus, Ohio
To top off this list of top 3 cities with the most car accidents, Columbus, Ohio tops the list.
I know, I thought the same thing.
