You will have to pay us eventually for our services. This is normally agreed on when we sign the contract to help you. Everything will be discussed and negotiated in the beginning so that there is no confusion throughout the process.
The last thing that we would want is that there is confusion and you are unsatisfied with the results.
For most lawyers, the fee will come out of the money they win for their client. So for example, if the case gives you $100,000, and you and the lawyer agree on a 30% fee, then you will take home $70,000, while the lawyer will take $30,000.
We do the same, our percentage will be discussed during our consultation and how we can help you, but rest assured, you will not be charged anything until the case is won.
